In a significant milestone for Iran’s printing and packaging industry, the first press conference for the upcoming third edition of the Iran Future Printing Exhibition (IFPEX3) was held at the Tehran Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Babak Abedin, President of IFPEX and the Union of Manufacturers and Exporters of Iran’s Printing and Packaging Industry, took center stage to present a comprehensive statistical report on the achievements of the second period of the event.
During the conference, Dr. Abedin outlined the strategic policies and plans for IFPEX3, providing insights into the future trajectory of the exhibition. Notably, he announced the introduction of a competitive event within the exhibition, featuring the prestigious “Mirza” badge. The badge, named after Mirza Zainul Abdin Tabrizi, the pioneer of the first printing house in Iran, will be awarded to outstanding participants.
The highlight of the event was the unveiling of the IFPEX3 poster. The poster prominently features the mythical “Phoenix,” symbolizing rebirth, hope, and immortality in both Iranian and global cultures. The choice of this symbol reflects the exhibition’s commitment to innovation, growth, and the transformative power of the printing industry.
The IFPEX3 is scheduled to take place from July 23 to 26, 2024, at Tehran. With the unveiling of the poster, anticipation for the event is building, as industry professionals and enthusiasts look forward to exploring the latest advancements and trends in the future of Iran’s printing landscape.
